Psychotherapy & CBT

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

As humans we have the ability to think and we have each developed our own unique ways and patterns of thinking,  ways of dealing with the world around us. However, thinking effects how we feel; think negatively and we feel negative; think positively and we feel positive.  CBT helps us identify how we've done this and understand that there were good reasons. It provides us with new thought strategies/techniques, whilst challenging old ones. We then feel able to respond to things and feel more empowered.  This is even more useful when combined with hypnotic techniques.

Transactional Analysis

Understand how we relate and engage with everyone around us, how this may have caused us problems; e.g. our perception of others, how we feel about ourselves and friends, family, associates, colleagues, etc. Learn how this causes communication and interaction difficulties and how to change this; communicating more skilfully, effectively and responsibly.  Imagine feeling confident that you can express yourself well in all relationships and social, public and working environments.   Combined with Hypnotherapy this is a very powerful and effective way of dealing with issues at their root, consequently removing unwanted symptoms.
