Stress Management

Courses and Workshops for Individuals and Business. In tandem with an excellent colleague Julie Watson, we are offering workshops and short courses in Stress Management. The purpose of these workshops is to teach individuals and groups how to deal with stress.

The content will include how stress works, the causes and how to relieve, reduce and manage it. Stress is increasingly recognised as a significant contibutory factor in problems at work, home and socially. The consequences can be serious on our health, including accidents, low immune system, heart attacks, strokes, migraines, as well as our relationships and ability to progress in life.
