I offer workshops, short courses and one-to-one sessions in Stress Management. The purpose is to teach individuals and groups a well informed understanding of stress and how to prevent, relieve and deal with it. I teach and demonstrate how to deal with specific causes of stress using empowering Self-Talk, powerful NLP language and techniques, relaxation methods, communication skills, which increases a persons' sense of feeling able to handle the challenges of life and achieve their potential.
Stress is increasingly recognised as a significant contributory factor in problems at work, home and socially. The consequences can be serious on our health, including accidents, low immune system, heart attacks, strokes, migraines, as well as our relationships and ability to progress in life.
